By default your evaluation is private. When you publish it, it is viewable by anyone.

When you publish your evaluation, all options are published by default. You can exclude specific options by going to the Options > My Options tab and changing the publish property.

If you provide a summary (2 lines), it will show up in listings of evaluations.
